摘要
目的:考察在避光条件下,温度分别为4、253、7℃的环境中6 h内注射用奥美拉唑钠与奥硝唑的配伍稳定性。方法:采用HPLC法测定配伍液在不同温度条件下放置6 h内不同时间点含量的变化,并观察其外观及测定pH值。结果:注射用奥美拉唑钠与奥硝唑配伍液在4、25、37℃的环境中6 h内,色泽和含量都有明显变化。结论:注射用奥美拉唑钠与奥硝唑不能配伍使用。
OBJECTIVE： To study the compatibility stability of omeprazole sodium for injection admixed with Ornidazole in dark within 6 hours at 4,25 and 37℃.METHODS： The content changes of the admixture at different time point within 6 hours of storage at different temperature were determined by HPLC analytical technique,meanwhile,the appearance was observed and the pH values of the admixtures were measured.RESULTS： Admixtures of omeprazole sodium for injection admixed with ornidazole showed significant change in appearance and contents after storage at 4,25 and 37℃ for 6 hours.CONCLUSION： Omeprazole sodium for injection is incompatible with ornidazole.
