中医药核心期刊动物模型研究文献统计与分析

Laboratory Animal Model Studies and Analysis of Literature Statistics on Core Journal of Chinese Medicine from 2005 to 2009

目的检索总结分析2005～2009年在全国20本中医药核心期刊中发表的有关动物实验与实验动物模型研究文献,了解在中医药领域实验动物模型研究的状况及发展趋势,方法以查阅原始期刊为主,结合数据库检索,获取文献总数量、并对模型种类、造模方法等进行归纳整理,得到相应数据。结果 20本中医药期刊2005年至2009年共发表论文51479篇,文献量呈逐年递增,涉及动物实验的文章有7192篇,占全部文献量的13.97%,糖尿病的动物实验研究文献数量最多,共982篇,动物模型的种类有324种。结论中医药动物实验模型的研究范围在扩大,内容在不断更新深入,文章水平也在逐年提高,表明动物实验与动物模型在中医药研究方面仍具有不可替代的重要作用,但由于实验方法、动物个体差异等不同,有的研究结果存在较大差异。因此有关动物模型的规范化等问题迫在眉睫。

Objective In order to understand the field of medicine laboratory animal model study of the situation and development trend,Retrieval,review and analyze in 20 core journals of Chinese medicine on animal studies and Laboratory animal model of literature from 2005～2009,Methods Database search combined with the original literature review,the number of the literature,model type,modeling methods for statistical analysis.Results 20 core Journal of Medicine published a total of 51479 papers from 2005-2009,documents showed the amount of increase every year,involving animal experiments there are 7192 articles,of the total amount of 13.97% literature,diabetes research literature the largest number of animal experiments,a total of 982 animal models there are 324 kinds of species.Conclusion Laboratory animal model of Traditional Chinese Medicine to expand the scope of study,the content is continually updated in-depth,the article level is gradually increased,indicating that animal experiments and animal models in medical research remains an irreplaceable important role,but because of experimental methods,animal individual differences between different,and some research results are quite different.Therefore,the standardization of animal models related to issues such as imminent.
