摘要 以黄酒丢糟为生产原料,借鉴大曲酱香酒生产工艺特点,酿制优质芝麻香型白酒。所制芝麻香白酒香气复合幽雅,酒体丰满甘润,芝麻香风格独特典雅。 High quality sesame-flavor liquor was made with the spent grains in yellow rice wine production,using the Maotai-flavor liquor making technology as reference.The liquor producing by this technology is rich and mellow,with specific sesame fragrance.
