张力带可吸收线内固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨可吸收线张力带固定的生物力学性能及其治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的体会。方法:采用可吸收线张力带治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折患者26例。结果:患者全部获得随访,骨折愈合未发生骨折断端移位现象。结论:可吸收线张力带在临床应用治疗髌骨粉碎骨折,具有较好的生物力学性能和效果,能避免金属内固定物可能发生的一些并发症,且无需二次手术取出。
