摘要
利用华铸 CAE/ Inte CAST软件对 JGL - 6 80六辊矫直机下机架进行了数值凝固模拟 ,在此基础上对其铸造工艺进行了优化。生产结果表明 。
The numerical solidification simulation for lower stander of JGL-680 six-roller straigh-tening machine has been made with HUAZHU CAE/Inte CAST software,and based on this,the casting process has been optimized.The production result shows that the lower stander casted by improved process plan has completely met the requirements on the draws and the requirements of product quality.
