摘要
为研究白背叶黄酮化合物QB3(芹菜素-7-O-β-D-(6″-反式-对-香豆酰基)-葡萄糖苷)对人肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用,采用四氮唑盐还原法(MTT)评价QB3体外对卵巢癌Skov3、Cne—2 z细胞增殖的影响。结果QB3在浓度为25、50μg/mL时对卵巢癌Skov3细胞有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05),其IC50为167.79μg/mL;QB3在浓度为50μg/mL时对Cne—2 z细胞有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05),其IC50为126.63μg/mL。说明QB3对Skov3、Cne—2 z细胞增殖有明显抑制作用。
To investigate the proliferation inhibition of Flavonoids extract QB3 (Apigenin-7-O-β-D-(6"-p-coumayl) -glucoside)from Mallotus apelta on Human tumor proliferation, MTr assay was employed to determine the anti-tumor effect of QB3 in SKOV3 and CNE--2Z tumor cell lines. QB3 at 25 μg/mL and 50μg/mL inhibited human ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ), and 50% Inhibiting Concentration ( IC50 ) at 167.79μg/mL on SKOV3 cells. QB3 at 50 μg/mL inhibited human nasopharygeal carcinoma CNE--2Z cells significantly (P 〈0.05), and 1C5oof QB3 on CNE--2Z cells was 126.63 μg/mL, eonclused that QB3 can effectively inhibit the proliferation of SKOV3 and CNE--2Z cell lines.
