钢箱梁开启桥施工的几何线形控制研究

摘要 桥梁结构在施工过程中总会产生变形,其各部位的设计标高和实际标高总会有偏差,这会导致实际成桥线形状态与设计状态不符。因此,要对桥梁施工实施几何线形控制,使其在施工中的实际位置状态与预期状态之间的误差在容许范围内,使成桥线性状态符合设计要求。以海河钢箱梁开启桥工程施工监控为背景,建立有限元模型。先用ABAQUS有限元软件对施工过程中关键工况的位移进行计算,然后对施工几何线形控制理论作出详细说明。并对施工线性监控实测数据进行分析研究,得出一定的规律和结论,为类似桥梁施工的线性控制提供参考和借鉴。 Bridge structure in the construction process will always be deformed, the design elevation and actual elevation of the various parts always be biased, as this will cause that the actual linear state of the bridge does not match with the design state. Therefore, the geometric linear state should be controlled throughout the implementation of bridge construction, so that the error between the actual position in the construction status and the expected state should be controlled to the extent permitted, and the actual linear state meets the design requirements. Based on Moveable Steel - Box Bridge on the Sea River construction monitoring for the background, the finite element model was established, first with the ABAQUS finite element software for the displacement calculation of the critical condition, then a detailed description of the geometric linear control theory, and construction monitoring detailed testing data analysis, and conclusions drawn certain law, so it can provide reference control for the construction of similar bridges.
