摘要
目的:探讨住院患者抗生素药物使用情况及合理性。方法:随即抽查2009年1～10月出院病例1436份(其中儿科为全部出院病例149份),进行回顾性调查。结果:1091例使用抗菌药物,抗菌药物使用率76%,治疗用药率50.6%,预防用药率49.4%,内科系统治疗用药90.1%,外科预防用药率93.6%,妇产科预防用药率93.1%;单一用药率62.1%,二联用药率36.5%,三联用药率1.3%;治疗用药病原送检率15%,医院感染率1.5%。结论:抗菌药物的合理使用是全社会的问题,要加强抗菌药物合理使用制度的培训,提高医务人员合理使用抗菌药物的意识非常重要,提高抗菌药物合理使用率。
Objective：To Survey the antibiotic usage and its rationality inclincai in - patient cases. Methods： From Jan. to Oct. of 2009,1436 medical records were selected to conduct a retrospective investigation. Resuits ： 1134 examples use antibiotics, the utilization ratio of antibiotics is 76%. 49.4% cases were intended for active treatment, 50. 6% for preventive regimen. 90. 2% cases in internal medicine were for active treatment whereas 93.6% were for surgical prophylaxis. 93. 1% cases were for preventive regimen of gynecology and obstetrics. In terms of the antibiotic use, single drug accounted for 62. 1% ,two - drug 36. 5% and three - drug 1.3%. Inspection rate of drug treatment was15% and hospital infection rates was 1.5%. Conclusion ： the reasonable use of Antibiotics is the question of the whole society, we must strengthen the system training in reasonable use of antibiotics, It is signifiant to enhance the consciousness of medical personnel in using antibiotics, and to raise the reasonable utilization ratio, of antibiotics.
