16层螺旋CT优化智能触发技术在肝脏双动脉期扫描中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨螺旋CT智能触发技术在肝动脉双期扫描的最优化方案。方法:对300病例按检查时间顺序分3组,以腹腔动脉分支处的腹主动脉为监测点,每组触发阀值设置为120HU、150HU和170HU,延迟3秒从头侧到足侧进行动脉早期扫描容积扫描,间隔15秒后再进行动脉晚期扫描,将肝实质强化CT值<5HU、肝动脉CT值>80HU作为优化的动脉早期成像标准。对组间优化率比较用X2检验。结果:3组间以150HU组动脉双期增强效果最佳,优化的动脉早期成像符合率最高,X2=22.344,P<0.01。结论:以腹腔动脉分支层面的腹主动脉为监测点,触发阀值150HU,延迟3秒扫描,为较优化的双期增强方法,有助于提高小病灶尤其是一过性强化病灶的检出率。 Objective:discussion the best pro- gram in smart triggered spiral CT hepatic artery in two - phase scanning. Methods: by examination of 300 patients divided into 3 groups in chronological order to abdominal aortic artery branches at the monitoring points, respectively, each trigger threshold set 120HU, 150HU and 170HU, delay 3 seconds from the cephalic to the foot side of the early arterial Scan volume scanning interval of 15 seconds late after the arterial scan, the CT values of liver parenchyma is less than 5HU,CT hepatic artery as the optimal value is greater than 80HU early arterial phase imaging standards. Comparison between the optimal rate of the group with theX2test. CT values between the groups u- sing u test. Resuhs:150HU group among the 3 groups of arterial enhancement double the best optimization found the highest rate of early arterial phase imaging,X2 =22. 344,P 〈 0. 01. Conclusion : The level of celiac artery and branches of abdominal aorta for monitoring points, trigger threshold 150HU, delay 3 seconds scanning, is the most opti- mized dual - phase enhancement method, effectively improve the small lesions in particular,a transient enhanced lesion detection rate.
