经腹与经会阴超声、经阴道超声联合诊断前置胎盘的临床评价

目的:探讨经腹联合经会阴超声、经阴道超声诊断前置胎盘的应用价值。方法:收治分娩后临床证实为前置胎盘孕妇69例回顾分析其资料,对比分析两种方法的临床疗效。结果:经腹联合经会阴超声检查诊断前置胎盘符合率为91.3%,经腹联合经阴道超声诊断前置胎盘符合率为94.2%,两种方法的诊断符合率比较,差异无统计学意义(X2=1.15,P>0.05)。结论:经腹联合经会阴超声、经阴道超声能明显提高前置胎盘诊断率,给临床及时诊治提供重要信息,值得推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical value of transabdominal ultrasonography combined with perineal and vaginal ultrasonography in diagnosing placenta previa. Methods： Collected the clinical data of 69 pregnant women in our hospital after parturition that diagnosed to be placenta previa, analyzed the results of two methods. Results：The diagnosis coincidence of placenta previa by transabdominal ultrasonography combined with perineal ultrasonography was 91.3%, the diagnosis coincidence of placenta previa by transabdominal ultrasonography combined with vaginal ultrasonography was 94.2% , the difference of the diagnosis coincidence between the two methods did dot have statistical significance（X2 = 1.15, P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Transabdominal ultrasonography combined with perineal and vagina uhrasonography can improve the diagnosing rate of placenta previa, providing important information for clinical diagnosis and treatment in time, should be widely applied.
