摘要
介绍了一种无模拉伸不锈钢热电偶套管的成型方法及生产工艺。通过对热电偶套管无模拉伸变形机制的研究,分析了拉伸速度的变化规律,并建立了无模拉伸套管的数学模型。实验证明, 该模型结构简单、精确可靠、具有实用价值。
Described in the article are the formation technique and manufacturing process of non die drawing of thermal coupling casing.Based on research on mechanism of non die drawing deformation of thermal coupling casing,law of drawing speed variation was analyzed, and the mathematical model for non die drawn casing established. The experiment shows that the mathematical model is of simple structure and capable of providing accurate and consistent data,being valuable in application.
