摘要
对高精度冷拔钢管的生产工艺进行了探讨， 成功地开发出Φ１６０～２５０ｍ ｍ 高精度冷拔钢管， 新产品的质量满足使用要求。介绍了生产工艺和实物的尺寸精度。
Based on research on manufacturing process of hi precision cold drawn steel tube,the hi precision steel tubes with a size range of O.D. 160mm-250 mm have been developed successfully, and quality of the tubes is up to relevant requirements for application. Manufacturing process and geometric accuracy of the product are described here in the paper.
