亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤护理体会

摘要 目的:探讨护理亚低温治疗颅脑损伤的临床疗效并提高护理效率。方法:入选145例重型颅脑损伤患者(GCS≤8),随机分两组,亚低温治疗组73例和对照组72例。治疗组采用常规治疗和亚低温治疗,对照组采用常规治疗和常温治疗。结果:亚低温治疗颅脑损伤患者与常温治疗组相比较,治疗组死亡率明显低于对照组,治疗后病情恢复程度比较有明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤临床疗效确切、操作简便、不良反应小,有利于提高护理效率。 Objective:To investigate the treat- ment and nursing skill of mild hypothermia on brain injury clinical effieacy and promote efficiency of nursing management. Methods: The selected 145 patients with severe traumatic brain injury patients ( GCS ≤ 8 ) , were randomly divided into two groups, mild hy- pothermia treatment group 73 cases,72 cases in the control group. The treatment group received conventional treatment and mild hypothermia treatment, the control group treated with con ventional treatment and at room temperature. Resuhs:Mild hypothermia treatment of brain injury patients with normal temperature treatment group compared with the treatment group mortality was significantly lower than the control group, the degree of recovery after treatment condition have more significant difference (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion : Mild hypothermia treatment of severe traumatic brain injury clinical curative effect, simple operation, side effects, and promote efficiency of nursing management.
