摘要
根据防扭臂锻件技术条件要求,确定了等温模锻工艺为最佳成形工艺方案。简要介绍了在50MN液压机上实现新工艺时模具结构特性。经工艺试验确定了变形温度约为450℃,应变速率为69×10-4~1.8×10-3s-1,及较佳的坯料形状、尺寸及润滑剂。分析了该模锻件产生缺陷的原因和消除缺陷的方法。用新工艺研制的锻件冶金质量符合有关技术条件要求,并且锻件的冶金质量有所提高,满足了生产要求。
Isothermal forging process are the best deformation process, according to anti-torque armspecifications. The special featuress of die design for the new process appslied on 5×10 kN hydlaulic press arepresented. The optimized sshape, size of Forging blasnk and lubricant are determined, the workpiece had betterdeform at 450℃, at rate of 6.9×10-4-1.8×10-3s-1, defectS and measures against them are analysed.The forgeds workpieces produced by new process, being of higher quality, meet the technical specificationsconcerned and production requirment.
