摘要 目的:了解医学生的性观念和性行为并总结其对性医学课程的反馈意见。方法:匿名问卷调查性医学公选课程的医学生。结果:回收有效问卷80%(108/135)。仅有4例(3.7%)反对婚前性行为。有过性行为的学生为16例(14.8%),男女生有统计学差异(24.5%vs 5.5%,P<0.05)。医学生经过性医学课程的学习后,100%认为有必要开设性医学课程,对教学提出增加互动、案例讲解和图片和视频资料等。结论:在医学院校开展性医学课程教育非常必要。更多互动和开发合适教材是性医学教育的发展方向。 Objectives: To investigate the sexual attitude and sexual behavior of medical college students and summarize their feedback on sexual medicine curriculum.Methods: Set up sexual medicine curriculum for medical undergraduates,surveyed with an questionnaire.Results: 80% students(108/135)handed in the effective questionnaire.Only 4 cases(3.7%) objected premarital sex.16 cases(14.8%)have sexual behavior.The frequency of sexual behavior was significantly higher in boys than those in girls(24.5% vs 5.5%,P〈0.05).100% students said the course was necessary after the class.They need more suitable teaching materials and eager for more active teaching methods.Conclusions: Sexual medicine in medical undergraduates is necessary and should teach with suitable teaching materials and more diverse methods.
