氟达拉滨化疗后继发单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血三例并文献复习 被引量：4

摘要 目的研究氟达拉滨继发单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血（PRCA）的临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾分析3例氟达拉滨继发PRCA病例资料，并复习相关文献。结果3例在化疗后1～6个疗程出现PRCA，需要输血治疗，并需要停止原发病的治疗。结论氟达拉滨继发PRCA，一旦出现，通常治疗困难，并会延误原发病的治疗。目前有用利妥昔单抗治疗成功的报道。氟达拉滨导致PRCA的机制目前还不清楚，需要进一步研究。
