淀粉糊化尿素添加水平对体外瘤胃发酵的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用活体外人工瘤胃发酵,研究不同添加水平的淀粉糊化尿素(GSU)对于瘤胃发酵特性的影响。试验设计6个日粮处理,分别使用GSU的尿素氮替代饲料总氮的0、8%、16%、24%、32%和40%,饲料精粗比为6.5:3.5。结果表明:随日粮中GSU水平的提高,总产气量和产气速度线性增加,对于瘤胃液中氨态氮含量和pH则无显著影响。添加GSU不会影响瘤胃液中总挥发性脂肪酸含量,但导致乙酸含量线性升高;丙酸比例及乙酸丙酸比值各处理间未见显著差异;戊酸和异戊酸含量线性降低;而丁酸和异丁酸含量出现二次曲线规律变化。结果表明:添加GSU对瘤胃微生物的生长代谢有促进作用,并给瘤胃微生物提供易于快速利用的营养物质,但是会导致能量物质利用率下降,并造成甲烷产量增加,产生环境负效应。
