摘要
通过可切削性能实验对含氧化锆可切削玻璃陶瓷的成分进行了优化。根据K2O,CaO,MgO和Al2O3等成分对可切削性能的影响,分析了成分与云母整体析晶的关系。XRD结果证明,经过成分优化后的玻璃陶瓷含有大量四方氧化锆和云母相。
The composition of a machineable glass ceramic containing ZrO2 was optimized using machineability testing. The effects ofK2O, CaO, MgO and Al2O3 on the machineablity of the glass ceramic were studied and the results analyzed in terms of the relationship between crystallization 0f a mica phase and composition of the bulk. The XRD result shows that the glass ceramic after optimization contains a large amount of tetragonal ZrO2 and mica phases.
