摘要
比较了冲击研磨制铍粉和传统的圆盘磨铍粉,结果发现:冲击研磨铍粉,具有粒度分布范围窄,颗粒近球形,氧含量低等优点。用该种粉末制备的铍材,无论是热压还是等静压铍材,其力学性能和性能的各向同性均得到全面改善。
Impact attrition is an advanced technique for the production of bery1lium powder. As compared with discattrited powder, it has many advantages: narrow range of particle distribution, near-spherical particle shape and lower oxygen content. Themechanical properties and isotropy of the resulting hot-pressed or isostatic-pressed compacts are in general improved.
