摘要
在比较了国内外几种金基三层微异型复合线材加工方法的基础上,研究出一种新的加工方法,即采用一次爆炸复合,一次扩散焊(或钎焊)复合法,减径采用孔型轧机轧制,异型模拉拔,最后用12辊微轧机轧制定径,从而大大提高了加工工效,降低了加工的难度。
A new manufacturing method for special gold matrix three-ply composites microtape is presented, and compared withcommon methods which have been employed elsewhere in the world. The new method utilizes the techniques of:explosion composite-forming, diffusion welding (or brazing),groove rolling,special die drawing and finish rolling using 12-roll micromill.
