摘要
在比较了国内外几种金基三层微异型复合线材加工方法的基础上，研究出一种新的加工方法，即采用一次爆炸复合，一次扩散焊（或钎焊）复合法，减径采用孔型轧机轧制，异型模拉拔，最后用12辊微轧机轧制定径，从而大大提高了加工工效，降低了加工的难度。
A new manufacturing method for special gold matrix three-ply composites microtape is presented, and compared withcommon methods which have been employed elsewhere in the world. The new method utilizes the techniques of:explosion composite-forming, diffusion welding (or brazing),groove rolling,special die drawing and finish rolling using 12-roll micromill.
