摘要
对烧结物料的混合制粒机理及混合制粒机衬里进行了详细分析,并对工程中所采用的各种内衬材料及使用状况进行了比较。指出:理想的内衬是在生产过程中,其表面能吸附一薄层混合料,但此薄层不会逐渐粘结增厚,从而使所衬圆筒具有较好的混匀制粒效果和较长的使用寿命;选择合适的内衬材料,对提高筒体填充率,改善混合物料的透气性,提高烧结矿的产量有着重要意义。
Detailed analysis is made of the granulating mechanism of sintering material and drum liners. Based on comparison of lining materials for engineering purpose and its application, the paper indicated that during production, the ideal liner will adsorb a thin layer of mixed material at its surface, which will not be bonded and thickened gradually, resulting in better mixing and granulation and longer service life. The selection of proper liner is important for higher filling rate of the drum, and better permeability of the mixed material as well as larger output of the sintered ore.
