盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周脓肿疗效分析

Clinical analysis of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of periodontal abscess

目的探讨2%盐酸米诺环素软膏局部应用治疗牙周脓肿的临床效果。方法选择门诊单发的牙周脓肿患者60例。按入院的先后顺序随机分为观察组、对照组,每组30例。观察组给予2%盐酸米诺环素软膏,对照组给予碘甘油。比较两组治疗1周、治疗2周后牙周袋深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙齿松动度(MD)等牙周指标。结果两组治疗后各项牙周指标均低于治疗前;观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 2%盐酸米诺环素软膏局部用于治疗牙周脓肿,能有效改善临床症状。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of 2% minocycline hydrochloride ointment in treatment of periodontal abscess. Methods Our hospital 60 patients with periodontal abscesses were included in the study.By order of admission,patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group（n=30）.Observation group were given 2% minocycline hydrochloride ointment and the control group was given iodine glycerin.Two groups of indicators such as periodontal pocket depth（PD）,gingival sulcus bleeding index（SBI）,tooth mobility（MD）,etc.Compared the treatment of 1 week,2 weeks later.Results The periodontal indices after treatment were lower than before treatment;observation group was significantly higher efficiency of treatment,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusions 2% minocycline hydrochloride ointment for the treatment of periodontal abscess local,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
