Clod storage energy saving is a hot topic in recent years. This paper indicates that some energy saving methods could become the abstract concepts, if they can not be put into practice. After introducing the standards of clod storage power consumption in some counties and areas, analyzing the explanations of the energy saving index in some papers, this paper also focuses on the drawing up quota of power consumption and the energy saving examination methods.
