摘要 益生元是指功能性的低聚糖,它能帮助调节肠道菌群的生长,改善脂质代谢,提高肠道对钙等矿物质的吸收,改善微生态和环境,对人的健康具有极其重要的生理作用。本文就其生理功能、作用机制、分类标准和安全性以及在婴儿配方奶粉中的应用及功效作一综述,并针对其发展前景作一展望。 Prebiotics refers to the functional oligosaccharides, it helps to regulate the growth of intestinal flora and lipid metabolism. It can increase the intestinal absorption of calcium and minerals and improve the micro-ecological and..environmental. It played an important physiological role in human health. In this paper, the physiological function and mechanism, classification standards and security and efficacy in infant formula milk powder were reviewed, its development prospect was also previewed.
