摘要
移动通信正在向第三代发展,对于其技术标准的研究已经取得了很多成果。文章介绍了基于宽带CDMA的第三代移动通信系统的研发及标准化工作、主要技术特点、空中接口和网络技术。
<ABSTRACT>The mobile communication system is developing towards the third generation. The study on its technical standards has obtained great achievements. The paper in- troduces the R & D, standardization, main technical features, air inter- face and network technologies.
