高能X射线辐照松墨天牛的试验研究 被引量:5

Investigation on the irradiation of Monochamus alternatus by 9Mev X-rays

摘要 使用9MeV高能X射线对松墨天牛的老熟幼虫、蛹和成虫辐照处理的结果表明,辐照能明显影响其生长发育及繁殖能力。导致幼虫发育迟缓,幼虫期延长。对于老熟幼虫,100%阻止化蛹和出现成虫的剂量为50Gy,经机率值分析,死亡率达到99.9968%的检疫辐照剂量为61.4Gy(55.5~72.6);对于9日龄以下蛹,100%阻止繁殖F1代幼虫的不育剂量为120Gy。辐照也导致雌虫和雄虫的存活时间缩短,100%阻止11日龄以下雌虫和雄虫的不育剂量为140Gy。由此说明,辐照耐受性随发育的完善而增强。建议使用60~80Gy作为松墨天牛幼虫的检疫辐照剂量,140Gy作为蛹和初期成虫的检疫辐照剂量,用于原木和木质包装的检疫处理。 The mature larvae,pupae and adults of Pine Sawyer,Monochamus alternatus Hope,were irradiated separately by 9MeV X-rays in laboratory tests;as a result,the development and propagation of the irradiated insects were significantly effected.The life span of irradiated larvae elongate significantly,and the minimal absorbed dose for 100% preventing pupation and eclosion of the mature larvae is 50Gy,and the dose for 99.9968% mortality is 61.4Gy through probit analysis.The dose for 100% preventing propagation of 9 days pupae is 120Gy.The life span of irradiated adults was also shortened significantly when comparing with un-irradiated beetle,and the sterile dose for adults eclosion less than 11 days is 140Gy.Thus,the radio-resistance of the beetle grows with its development,and the minimum sterile dose of 60~80Gy for larvae and 140Gy for pupae and newly developed adults could be suggested in the quarantine treatment of Pine Sawyer contaminated in logs and wood packing materials.
