摘要 噬菌体展示技术是近年来兴起的一种基因表达筛选技术,以噬菌体或噬粒为载体,使外源肽或蛋白基因与噬菌体表面特定蛋白基因在载体表面进行融合表达,进而通过亲和富集法筛选表达有特异肽或蛋白质的噬菌体。该技术实现了表型与基因型的统一,具有广泛的应用前景。本文介绍了噬菌体展示技术的基本原理类型、优势特点及其应用。 Phage display is a new technology of gene expression and selection.With a phage or plasmid as the vector,exogenous peptide or protein gene and definite protein on the surface of the phage could be fused and expressed,and the phage which express idio-peptid or pretein could be screened by affinity enrichment.The technology actually unified the phenotype with genotype and has broad prospect of application.This paper introduces the principle,type,the benefits and application of phage display technology.
