The real estate business is a typical project-driven business and its project management is the focus of the whole business management.Because of the complexity and fuzziness of the maturity of the project management,a maturity evaluation mode based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is built.An empirical study of the project of Wanlong International of a certain real estate company shows that the management maturity is between the stage of promotion and maturity,which means the company＇s project management needs improving.
