摘要
我国工业硅生产普遍存在热效率低、能耗高等问题,其主要原因表现在设计上不合理、控制水平与管理水平不高等方面。围绕工业硅炉型的大型化、炉型密闭化、余热回收利用、炉体隔热等4个方面来分析降低工业硅冶炼过程中的能耗途径。
In the production of industry silicon,the problems such as low thermal efficiency,high energy consumption are very common.The main reasons are unreasonable design,inefficient control and management level,etc.This paper has analyzed the solutions to reducing the energy consumption in four aspects: macro-scale of furnace profile,sealing of furnace profile,recovery and utilizing of waste heat,and heat insulation of the furnace body.
