摘要 设计一套基于DSP的三相压电泵驱动电源。整个驱动电源由一个高性能的处理器DSP2812、反激变换器、三相逆变拓扑结构、按键输入和LCD输出系统组成,能满足各种压电泵的驱动方式,实现输出电压、电压相位和电压频率同时调节的功能,对压电泵的研究具有重要的实践意义。 A new design based on DSP three-phase piezoelectric pump drive power supply.The entire system included a high-performance processor DSP2812,flyback,three-phase inverter topology structure,and key input and LCD output systems.Can meet various piezoelectric pump drive mode,realize the output voltage,voltage phase and voltage frequency meanwhile adjust the function of the study on the piezoelectric pump,which have important practical significance.
