As the ＂Go-global Strategy＂ has been implemented in 2000,more and more Chinese enterprises are participating in African investment and development.This article thoroughly analyses the influence of financial crisis on the African economy as well as on the China-invested enterprises invested in Africa and provides suggestions about effective prevention from operational risk and better development for these enterprises.
