扩大农村消费是我国扩大内需、协调拉动经济增长新局面所亟待解决的问题。扩大农村消费,必须更新发展观念,树立统筹城乡发展的思路。以统筹城乡发展的思路指导扩大农村消费的进行,将扩大农村消费纳入统筹城乡发展的进程中,不仅有利于扩大农村消费目标的实现,从而保证经济的平稳较快发展,也有利于三农问题的解决,从而缩小城乡差距、促进经济社会和谐发展。

Expanding rural consumption is the problem to be solved to expand domestic demand and drive economic growth in a new situation for China.The concept of development must be updated to expand rural consumption.Hence,it is necessary to establish the idea of balancing urban and rural development.Whith the guiding of this idea to expand rural consumption,it will be integrated in the process of urban and rural balance development.Therefore,it will not only help achieve the goal of expanding rural consumption,in order to ensure stable and rapid economic development,but also do good to solve the three rural issues,thereby reducing the gap between urban and rural areas,to promote the harmonious development of economy and society.
