摘要
文章对私营企业劳资关系冲突的内在机理作了分析,分析表明,在市场经济环境下,由于私营企业劳资利益的内在对立性、私营企业劳资力量对比的倾斜性、私营企业产权结构的资本一元导向性以及技术因素的作用,私营企业劳资关系的冲突有其内在必然性,是市场经济条件下私营企业劳资关系较常态的现象。因此,在市场经济条件下,协调私营企业劳资关系的对策必须符合市场经济逻辑。
The paper analyzed the internal mechanism of the conflict on the private labor relations.The analysis show that the private labor relations of the conflict in the market economy environment is inherent necessity because of the internal opposition of the interests between the private employers and employees,and the imbalance of the power between the private employers and employees,and the dollar-oriented role of the property rights of the private capital structure,and the technical factors.Under the market economy that is the normal private sector labor relations phenomenon.Therefore,the coordination of response to the private labor relations must be consistent with the market economy logic in the market economy conditions.
