摘要
本文针对我国风险投资的发展现状及存在的问题,从理论上阐述风险投资的定义,简述我国风险投资的研究现状及存在的缺陷,探讨如何建立积极、完善的风险投资机制。
This paper aim at our country venture capital the development present situation and the existence question,theoretically elaborated that venture capital＇s definition,summarizes our country venture capital research present situation and the existence flaw,how discusses to establish positively,the perfect venture capital mechanism.
