我国知识产权保护与TRIPs协议的差距及对策探析

中国的知识产权保护起步较晚,特别是加入世界贸易组织之后,我国的知识产权保护就进入了全球知识产权保护体系的大环境中,原有的知识产权立法、司法和行政执法等方面的问题日益凸现出来。面对发达国家、跨国公司向中国的知识产权保护领域频频发难,从根本上完善我国的知识产权保护体系,进一步完成与TRIPS协议的对接,是当前迫切需要解决的问题。
