摘要
本文将结合当前房地产市场的现状,运用动态双均衡模型,从供给和需求两方面分析中国特殊文化背景下房地产市场供需矛盾的根源。分析当前房价居高不下的深层原因,并为抑制房价持续增长提出可行性的解决措施,以促进房地产市场健康持续发展。
This paper will through focusing on the current situation of real estate market,using dynamic dual-equilibrium model,considering the special cultural background of Chinese real estate market,analysis the underlying causes of the current high prices and give some useful measures to keep the real estate market sustainable and healthy.
