摘要
介绍了FX350-GT型水力旋流器组的工作原理、结构特点和技术参数,并阐述了该水力旋流组在潘三选煤厂的使用情况。通过大量试验数据对水力旋流器组的工作性能做出判定,指出更换内径较大的软管可提高旋流器的分级效率。
The operating principle,structure feature and technical parameter of FX350-GT hydrocyclone group were introduced,and the application of the hydrocyclone group was described in Pansan Coal Preparation Plant.Through mass test data,the working performance was judged,and the classification efficiency of cyclone could be improved by replacing larger inner diameter flexible pipe.
