批量产品寿命分布参数的极大似然分析方法

摘要 在研究批量使用的同类型产品的寿命分布时,现场观测得到的往往是产品故障的时间区间,且一般都为截尾数据。在威布尔分布模型条件下,根据极大似然方法,推导出了该类型数据的极大似然方程,给出了极大似然方程的迭代求解方法,并通过算例分析,对其有效性进行了验证。 When analysis data of a passel of the same type products,usually,we can only get failure interval,and very likely they are missed data.Based on the weibull distribution,using maximum likelihood method,we deducted the maximum likelihood equation,and given a iterative algorithm for solve it.The algorithm is discussed via simulation studies and a real life data analysis is presented to illustrate the method.
