摘要
介绍了一种新型的太阳能电池综合实验仪,通过导轨上光源的移动和太阳能电池板的转动来改变太阳能电池入射光的强度,测定了太阳能电池的开路电压、短路电流与入射光强度的关系以及一定入射光强度下太阳能电池的输出特性,实验仪器测量准确度高、稳定性好。
This paper introduces a new type method of solar cell instrument for combining experiment,which can measures relations between solar cell open-circuit voltage,short-circuit current and the incident light intensity,respectively,by changing the incident light intensity for solar cell with movement of the light source on the guide rail and rotation for solar panel,and the output characteristic of the solar cell under certain incident light intensity.The experimental instrument has high precision and good stability.
