摘要 针对传统板翅式换热器翅片成形工艺及模具技术不能生产中高压换热器错列翅片,本文提出一种高精度错列翅片复合成形工艺及模具技术。采用该工艺和模具技术生产的错列翅片可满足中高压换热器对翅高、节距、翅侧垂直度等参数的技术要求,并已在国内外主要空分企业得到应用。 As the current plate-fin heat exchanger fin forming process and mold technology can not produce the offset-strip-fin which can meet technical requirements of middle or high pressure heat exchanger,this paper would present a high precision offset-strip-fin composite forming process and mold technology.The offset-strip-fin produced by this technology could meet the technical requirements of the middle or high pressure heat exchanger fin on fin height,pitch,fin side verticality,etc.This technology has applied in major air cryogenics enterprises at home and abroad.
