基于LabVIEW的六端口介电常数测量系统

Measurement System for Six-port Dielectric Constant Based on LabVIEW

为了解决利用仪器手动测量效率不高,易出错的问题,根据六端口测试系统的基本原理,以Lab-VIEW为平台设计了六端口介电常数自动测量系统。本文介绍了该系统的硬件、软件构成,详细介绍了软件设计及功能实现流程。运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定,精度高。

It is inefficient and error-prone to test devices by hands with apparatus.In order to solve this problem,based on the theory of the six-port measurement system,an automatic system is designed regarding LabVIEW as a platform in this paper.The hardware and software construction of this system especially software design and its functional realization are introduced.The operational results show that the system works steadily and measures accurately.
