摘要
介绍了内燃机测试网络检测平台的总体设计方案,探讨了内燃机测试状态参数的选取原则,确定了内燃机检测中的状态参数及其传感器的选型与配置方案。完成内燃机测试的信号调理电路的硬件构建与设计,选用图形化的虚拟仪器软件平台LabVIEW开发了内燃机测试网络实验室的应用软件,整个软件结构由信号采集模块、主控模块、手动测试模块、程控测试模块和数据管理模块等组成。该网络检测平台的开发具有前瞻性和开拓性。
The general design plan of networked testing platform for internal combustion engine is introduced.The state parameters and corresponding transducers as well as the configuration plans are implemented.The signal condition circuits for measurement of the engine is designed and built.The system software of the networked testing lab is developed by graphical virtual instrument developing platform of LabVIEW.The software architecture is comprised of data acquisition module,main control module,manual testing module,automatic testing module and data management module and so forth.The implementation of the networked testing platform has prospects and pioneering.
