摘要
电容层析成像技术(ECT)是基于电容敏感原理的过程层析成像技术(PT)。它可进行多相流的相浓度、流型、流量等参数的在线测量,是目前最具发展前景的多相流参数检测方法。本文以12电极电容层析成像系统为研究对象。主要介绍一种基于交流激励型的电容层析成像的C/V转换电路,并分析了该电路的工作原理。该电路能抑制杂散电容的干扰,能测量微小电容的变化,具有抗干扰能力强,稳定性好和较小的漂移等特点。
Electrical capacitance tomography technique(ECT)is a kind of process tomography technique(PT)based on the sensitive principle of capacitance.It can be used to calculate the fraction and identify the flow pattern and flow quantity in multiphase flow.It is known as the best measuring method of multiphase flow at present.This dissertation is based on the study of 12-electrode electrical capacitance tomography system.Mainly demonstrate a kind of electrical capacitance tomography conversion circuit based on the AC excitation signal and analyzes the working principle of the circuit,this circuit can suppress the interference of stray capacitance,to measure small capacitance changes and is characterized by strong anti-interference ability,good stability and smaller drift.
