摘要
以吹塑机与贴标机的控制关系为研究对象,在分析设备控制工艺的基础上,设计了以三个可编程控制器为核心的CC-Link通信网络,进而设计出了系统硬件连接方案。详细介绍了CC-Link通信模块的功能与设置,以及系统通信程序的实现过程。实验结果表明:通过界面操作可轻易实现对各项工艺参数的调整和监控,模块化的连接使系统接线简单易行,性能稳定,响应快速,定位精确,具有较高的应用价值。
With the control relation of blow molding machine and labeling machine for research object,on the foundation of analytical control craft of the equipment,designed CC-Link communication network with three Mitsubishi programmable controller for the core,then designed the project of the hardware connection of the system.Introduced the function and settings of CC-Link communication module in detail,and the realization process of the program of system communication.Experimental results show that: Passing the interface operation can easily carry out the adjustment to each craft parameter and supervision.The connection modular makes the system wiring to go in brief and easily,Its stable performance,respond to quickly,position a precision,has higher application value.
