摘要
研究企业资本结构对经营者的约束，提出企业破产和经营者被解雇的条件，并分析资本结构与经营效率的关系。结果表明，企业的所有者可以设计一种资本结构来使经营者的经营更有效率。
This paper studies manager's constrain from capital structure, presents the condition ofbankruptcy and firing, and analyzes the relation betWeen capital structure and efficiency.The conclusion isalso drawn that the owner of the company can design a capital structure to make the manager's operationmore efficient.
