花期高温胁迫对杂交中籼水稻功能叶生理特性及产量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以杂交中籼水稻为材料,利用人工气候箱模拟高温,比较水稻花期高温胁迫和正常生长条件下功能叶主要生理指标的变化,以及对产量构成的影响。结果表明,高温胁迫后水稻功能叶中丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量及可溶性糖含量显著上升,叶绿素含量和净光合速率下降;高温造成结实率下降(降幅达22%~30%),并影响粒重(下降8%~14%),导致产量显著降低(降幅达32%~44%);产量与净光合速率、叶绿素和游离脯氨酸含量呈极显著正相关,而与功能叶丙二醛含量呈极显著负相关。还讨论了水稻耐高温的生理指标。 The physiological reaction,grain yield and their adaptability of middle-season indica hybrid rice under high temperature during flowering stage were determined,which was conducted with an artificial climate box.The results showed that,under high temperature,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),free proline and soluble sugar in function leaves were increased significantly,while the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of leaves were decreased.The great decline of yield(32%-44%) was mainly due to the seed setting rate de-creased(22%-30%) significantly,and then resulted from the grain weight reduced(8%-14%) obviously.A sig-nificantly positive correlations were found between photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content,free proline content and grain yield,while MDA had a significantly negative correlation with grain yield.This paper discussed the physiological indicators under high-temperature in rice.
