摘要
利用Morris水迷宫探讨Aβ1-10特异性结合肽对Aβ1-42诱导的老年性痴呆大鼠模型空间学习记忆的影响。结果显示,在定位航行试验中,中剂量治疗组的潜伏期和游泳路程较模型组显著缩短(P<0.05);在空间探索任务中,中剂量治疗组在目标象限内游泳路程的百分比显著高于模型组(P<0.05)。表明合适剂量的Aβ1-10特异性结合肽可显著改善老年性痴呆大鼠的空间学习记忆能力。
The effect of a peptide specific binding to β-amyloid(Aβ)1-10 on the ability of spatial learning and memory,measured by Morris water maze,was investigated in AD rat model induced by an intracerebroventricular infusion of Aβ1-42.The results showed that in the place learning,the latency and swimming distance in the middle-dose group were significantly shorter than those in the model group(P0.05).Meanwhile,in the probe trial,the percentage of swimming distance in the target quadrant in the middle-dose group was more than that in the model group(P 0.05).Our results suggested that appropriate dose of the specific peptide binding to Aβ1-10 could improve the ability of spatial learning and memory in AD rats.
