国产卫星遥感综合应用服务平台及原型实现

China-made satellite remote-sensing integrated application service platform and its implementation

针对国产卫星遥感数据利用现状,为促进国产卫星遥感数据利用率以及行业应用深度、广度等问题,探讨了国产卫星遥感综合应用服务平台框架与关键技术,同时以天津为示范区,选取规划局、国土局与海河委三个行业部门为典型应用对象,搭建了国产卫星遥感综合应用服务平台示范性原型系统。该原型系统改变传统遥感应用服务模式,与电子商务结合利用网络为行业用户提供数据服务,产品服务,在线分析服务以及用户所需服务的一站式服务模式。实践证明相关技术路线的可行性与实用性。

By analyzing the present utilization of China-made satellite remote sensing data,this paper discusses the domestic satellite remote sensing integrated application service platform framework and key technologies.For the demonstration area of Tianjin,this paper selects Planning Bureau,Land Bureau and the Haihe commissioned three industry sectors as typical application users,have implemented the prototype system.By using e-commerce,the prototype system tries to change the traditional mode of remote sensing applications,provides network users data services,products services,on-line analysis services and other needed services.Practice has proved that above-mentioned techniques and methods are feasible and practical.
