摘要
针对第四方物流多属性指派决策机制研究方面的不足,基于TOPSIS法的基本思想,引入了随机解、正理想解、负理想解等参数,建立了一个基于TOPSIS法的无整合的第四方物流多属性指派决策机制;根据此模型的具体特性,设计了具有自身特点的遗传算法和程序;利用该算法对算例进行计算和分析,给出了针对这一算例的第四方物流的最佳指派方案,与其初始方案进行比较,远远优于初始方案。
The research is far from sufficient in the 4PL multi-attribute assignment and decision problem.This paper introduces random solution,ideal solution,negative ideal solution and other parameters,and builds 4PL multi-attribute assignment and decision without integration,which is based on the basic idea of TOPSIS.It designs the corresponding genetic algorithm for the 4PL multi-attribute assignment and decision mechanism without integration,which is based on the foundation of the model.By examples,the 4PL multi-attribute assignment and decision mechanism without integration are analyzed,which shows the validity of the algorithm.
