高校图书馆图书流通管理和服务的思考

Thoughts on Book Circulation Management and Service of University Library

针对高校图书馆图书流通管理和服务工作的现状和存在的问题,例如读者不了解图书分类及排架方法,图书乱架、破损、丢失,读者不懂网上图书续借,图书证冒名借书、丢失、损毁等,从读者和图书馆自身两个方面分析了产生这些问题的原因,并从加强新生入馆教育、提高图书管理员的职业素养、加强藏书管理、完善自助借还系统以及开展新老校区通借通还业务等五个方面提出了改善流通管理和服务的措施。

There are malay problems in the book circulation management and service of university library. For example, readers do not understand the methods of book classification and bent rule; books are disordered, damaged and lost; readers do not know to renew books online; library card is borrowed by someone else, lost, and damaged, and so on. Therefore, to solve these problems, the reasons for these problems are analyzed from both readers and the library＇s own. Furthmore, five measures of improving book circulation management and service are proposed, including strengthening admission education of freshman, improving the professionalism of librarians, strengthening the collection management, improving the self-circulation system, carrying out the integration business between old and new campus, and so on.
